If you haven't been able to own WEALTH-CREATING REAL ESTATE interests yet, it's probably either because you don't want to own or cannot manage to own or are simply unable or unwilling to navigate the mazes that surround lender qualification criteria and accompanying favoring terms (or lack thereof), and the massive level of paperwork and deposit requirements involved by the time you actually close the deal. The key is that once you own a lot of income-producing properties, you can then leverage and essentially strategize to accomplish whatever you want to accomplish in life by being YOUR OWN BANK with or without good credit.
