If you haven't been able to own WEALTH-CREATING REAL ESTATE interests yet, it's probably either because you don't want to own or cannot manage to own or are simply unable or unwilling to navigate the mazes that surround lender qualification criteria and accompanying favoring terms (or lack thereof), and the massive level of paperwork and deposit requirements involved by the time you actually close the deal. But most people buy real estate using the conventional, or traditional or ordinary way ONLY because they were told that it is the only/best way to buy real estate via a realtor and quite frankly don't know any better. There is a plethora of alternatives that most people will NEVER know about and it's by design.


The WEALTHY don't buy or sell REAL ESTATE like MOST PEOPLE DO. And if you do what most people do, then you are guaranteed to get what most people get. It is cognitively dissonant or at least unwise to believe you can get a different result from doing the very same thing that has proven not to work. Some may even call the latter INSANITY.

Before we start dropping the golden nuggets, let's start with the things truly CONTROL us as human beings the most, namely OUR FEARS. Most people would have never worked as hard or gotten married or attended church or even exercised or obtained higher education had it not been for THEIR FEARS.

But the goal of BEING REAL ESTATE WEALTHY should be able to acquire as many income-producing or "flippable" properties as possible so that they can be leveraged via their cash flows to create wealth WITHOUT BANK/LENDER-created hurdles because most banks will not lend you more money if you already own a lot of properties, and even those that will lend you will put you through such a lengthy qualification process, which will not only waste your valuable time but also induce you to lose money that you could have been making differently in other deals(i.e., opportunity costs).


The key is that once you own a lot of income-producing properties, you can then leverage and essentially strategize to accomplish whatever you want to accomplish in life by being YOUR OWN BANK with or without good credit.
